GUNS & GULAABS is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language comedy crime thriller series on Netflix. I worked on this as a freelance motion artist with Harkat Studios.

In my capacity as a VFX artist and Motion Designer, I worked on rotoscoping various elements from scenes from the show, layering and compositing them to align with the envisioned style frames. The process involved close collaboration with the art lead and another motion designer.

WIDE-EYED

Cel Animation, 2020

WIDE-EYED is a two-person collaborative student animated film created as part of my thesis for my undergraduate degree. The film explores the theme of information overload, where it's not always easy to separate the useful from the useless.

The film was created over a period of four months, in collaboration with Malvika Dwivedi, where each frame is hand drawn and coloured, some elements have been animated in 3D software and then composited with 2D hand-drawn elements.

RAY TEASER

RAY is a Netflix produced anthology of four films adapted from Satyajit Ray's works. This was a teaser created for Netflix India's YouTube channel in collaboration with Harkat Studios, to introduce the films, the cast and the stories.

I worked on this as a freelance illustrator and motion designer, where I created the illustrations and animated them using customized watercolour reveal textures. The teaser got a combined 1 Million+ views on Netflix’s official channels on YouTube and Instagram.

POSTCARD STICKERS

Motion Graphics , 2021

I created a set of stickers for Postcard Snacks, to be used on their social media and also be released on Signal and Instagram, as a brand asset for marketing. These set of stickers are inspired from their products, created under Anicipate Studio.

TIME & AGAIN

Experimental Animation, 2019

TIME & AGAIN is an experimental animated short about the monotony of everyday city life. It explores the concept of urban loops with sand as a medium, using an hourglass as a metaphor to symbolize the repetitive activities people perform every day.
