      Hi! I’m Saachi (she/her)

      I'm currently pursuing my MFA in Graphic Design at RISD.  With an animation background from my undergrad days, I bounce between being a designer, animator, and illustrator—whatever the story I'm telling needs me to be.

      Beforing coming to RISD, I split my time between working for studios and freelance motion design projects. My creative journey has taken me from traditional hand-drawn animation to my current explorations in printmaking, type design and playing with variable fonts. In the end, I'm a storyteller at heart. Whether I'm animating, designing, or illustrating, I'm always looking for fresh ways to tell visual stories and push my practice into new territories.
